Fuel Gas Piping Installers must complete 6 hours of continuing education per 2-year renewal cycle (3 hours of code update per year). Courses must be from approved providers and the same course cannot count twice.

  • Renewal Period: Every 2 years (expires last day of birth month)
  • Renewal Fee: $180

Consequences of Operating Without a License

Performing fuel gas piping installation without a valid license violates New Hampshire mechanical safety laws. Penalties include fines, cease-and-desist orders, and potential criminal charges. Unlicensed gas work creates severe safety hazards.
