General Liability Insurance — Virginia
Virginia does not set a statutory minimum for GL insurance for contractors, but DPOR requires Class A and B contractors to demonstrate financial responsibility. Most commercial projects require $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate.
