Arizona General Dual Contractor License (B)
The General Dual Contractor license combines residential and commercial general contracting authority in a single license. This is the most comprehensive general contractor license in Arizona.
Requirements
- Experience: 4 years of practical or management experience, at least 2 in the last 10 years
- Examinations: SRE exam and applicable Trade Exams for both residential and commercial
- Bond: Combined residential and commercial surety bond (amounts vary by volume)
- Recovery Fund: Assessment required for the residential portion
- Insurance: General liability and workers' compensation

Dual license holders can:
