Arizona Plumbing Contractor License (C-37, Commercial)


The C-37 Plumbing Contractor license is a commercial specialty license issued by the Arizona ROC for plumbing work on commercial projects.


Requirements


  • Experience: 4 years of practical plumbing experience, at least 2 in the last 10 years
  • Examinations: SRE exam and Plumbing Trade Exam
  • Bond: Commercial specialty surety bond ($2,500-$50,000 based on volume)
  • Insurance: General liability and workers' compensation

Scope of Work


C-37 licensees can:
