Washington Manufactured Home Installer Certification
The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) certifies manufactured home installers under the Factory Assembled Structures program. Certification is required to install manufactured and mobile homes.
Requirements
- Examination: Must pass the L&I manufactured home installer exam
- Insurance: General liability insurance required
- Continuing Education: 4 hours per 3-year renewal cycle
- Application Fee: $342.30 (initial)
