What This License Authorizes

Residential Remodelers may perform remodeling, repair, renovation, and improvement work on existing residential structures. This includes kitchen and bathroom remodeling, room additions, structural modifications, and other renovation work on homes and residential buildings.

General Liability Insurance: Proof of general liability insurance coverage is required, with no minimum policy amount specified for residential licensees
