Online renewal requires the license number and PIN printed on the mailed/emailed renewal notice — call 727-893-7241 (Option 2) if the notice is lost.
Renewals that involve a change of address, ownership, or business activity must be processed in person or by mail, not online.
Contractors must show an active state DBPR certificate, Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board (PCCLB) registration, or other applicable state license before BTR issuance or renewal.
Pinellas County does NOT issue a companion county BTR (county occupational license repealed by Ordinance 95-53) — but contractors must still independently register with PCCLB for the construction trades.
YourStanding must not calculate the BTR fee — fees vary by classification per Chapter 17, Article IV.
