Pinellas County does NOT issue a companion county BTR (county occupational license repealed by Ordinance No. 95-53, effective September 30, 1995). As of June 24, 2024, state-certified DBPR contractors do NOT have to register or renew with PCCLB; PCCLB registration is only required for registered/specialty contractors lacking state certification (per pcclb.com).
